What do you mean 2 sets? Do they have that many kids or are they seperating them by age?

they are talking about having that many kids, and sorting them by age. its wierd, i opened my sons backpack from school and there was a flier about youth leagues forming. thats alot of kids, it would be intresting if it could come together. i will be there to help my aunt and grandmother (the league secretaries), hopefully jakob will take an intrest and start bowling.

Allyson had 9000 copies made and sent out to the schools in the nighborhoods surrounding Armadilla II.
I seem to recall her saying they had a bunch of sign ups already......... like around 90-120. Can't remember exactly.

That is a great idea. WTG Ally! I know that the Lanes should also work with the colleges to promote the bowling ball leagues. I can’t tell you how many of the kids wanted to sign up for a league after they took bowling class.

One must pose the question: Aren't there 2 bowling centers in the Pasadena Assoc?? I commend Allison for the hard work getting the word out to the schools. I wonder if there were any fliers passed out to the surrounding schools at Diamond? ??

Well the same of my kids. They are in Pasadena and go to Deer Park Schools. Depends on the boundaries.

i found it wierd because i didnt think the school would allow advertisements of local buisnesses. (in fear of law suits) once i opened jokobs first "report card" that theory changed. on a side note, im hoping that people signing their kids up dont think that the armageddon is a day care.

wow--- armageddon 2 had 206 yaba entries. QUESTION: what should be the first thing that you should teach 175 people who have never bowled?
im thinking along the lines of starting with "being ready to bowl when its your turn". any advice?

You aren't going to have 175 bowlers at one time are you? Bowlme900 has volunteered to help with my bantams. She has a great suggestion...placing chairs in a row at the edge of the concourse so after they bowl they sit and wait for thier next turn. It won't work 100% of the time, but I think it will be extremely effective.
