Okay kids, I offically made my return to the game this Saturday....
I practiced. I inherited a 14# Super Trooper from Bobo, via David Tiner... 'bout time that boy repaid me a bowling ball after I have handed him down a bunch of crap.... I'm gonna claim him on my income tax next year... anyway, I plugged it, and drilled it with a negative pin position... blah blah blah
Bottom line was I was throwing it pretty good.... timing was still touch and go, but the armswing felt better.... after about 10-12 shots, I thought, man, I'm doing pretty good, let me try my 15# Pure Hammer.....
Very first shot, I muscled it, arm went straight out to the right, my should rolled closed and I got 3 on the left..... after my convulsion was passed, I realized, I need to throw 14# stuff and practice a litlle more to get ready for the winter leagues......
The one problem with the Super Trooper is the finger hole plugs are in my track and it rumbles down the lane sounding like perfect's new truck......
So I am in the market for some "new stuff" before our league start after labor day....
Fraul better hurry up and finish the Arm II pro shop remodel so I can cash in his bill......

They've made a lot of advancements in vehicle technology in the last several years.... you get out of that 1982 single cab p/u into a year old extended cab and it probably feels like you are riding in a Rolls Royce compared to that old farm truck you drove for a decade.......

Is it the plugg or are you flairing over the finger holes? Take a look at the ball when you get it back after throwing a few shots and see if it rolling over the fingers. Even though you have a low spinner track and negative pin, it can still induce a negative flare and make the ball thump. Didnt you say the cg was in the grip center? I hope you do get better and offer up some competition. I still have some balls if you need a couple, they were stormys and are already drilled for a low track spinner. 1 of them is a recharge and the other is a stinger 2 piece.
