As far as brackets or league team games.....if your giving 100%, what difference does it make?....But I do care about our team and how we are doing. I look at the monitors when I'm up to bowl to see how we are doing... I can't see them well enough to look at them from the table, my eyes are bad as we all know...lol... But regardless if I know I have to strike out in the 10th or not in league, I don't get nervous for that stuff...... League play does not get my adrenalin flowing like it may do to others..... Tourns. and honor scores yes, but having to strike out in the 10th... no biggy, I will do it or I won't but every shot is given 100%... I congratulated you on those events wins..... My comments were, in my opinion handicap tourns. are not as prestegious as scratch events or PBA events.... and that was just my opinion.... Yes you did congratulate me, but there's always that added comment to put it down because it isn't NATIONALS or SCRATCH. So why even congradulate someone on something if you are always going to downsize it with another comment. Just leave it alone after the congrats...that's all. We all know that EFB throws around words like a sailor, but you only throw them around when you don't have it your way. The 4 letter words are part of his everyday dictionary, not yours, and you were throwing them around on that pair. I have it on tape of both of you biatching about the pair. See ya'll tonight at Arm I. Time to go home. LATER. Watch the sailor talk, I might take it F@*king personally. ;D

So, I am held to higher standard than others?.... even those that have been inducted, when I haven't?..... And if I did say some and honestly, I don't remember, I could have.... I don't think it was that often..... and just because someone curses a lot and people are use to it..... why is it considered acceptable for them and not me?.....
And back when I said those things, we were competing for Hall of Fame induction....

In the years there were few nominees..(1990's)... Why was that?.... I know you weren't apart of that.... but I bowled at Diamond and Arm 1 some from when Pasadena's Hall of Fame was first concepted. And I never heard of Pasadena even having a Hall of Fame until Xbom was inducted.....In my opinion, the Association at that time, did a very poor job of getting the word out to the Assoc. members about this and how it worked....That was not right... I to feel that the inductees of the last 4 years are deserving but the level of competition and calibar of bowlers to get in, has drastically increased the last two years, making some wonder how some in the 90's got in and others with much more abitlity and accomplishments haven't gotten in..... I know the reasons why, you don't have to explain them to me.... I'm just saying it looks bad, that's all.....and that is why some people think what they do..... that's all I'm saying....I'm not one of them, and I believe what Pasadena's Assoc. is doing now is way much better and has much more integrity now, than in the past....JMO... OK, first, I was inducted in 2003, and Jimmy Young walked me out to the foul line @ Diamond and made a big announcement. I know most people tune him out, but there has also been nice wooden plaques on display at each center with pictures and name plates since 1994... Do you not notice ANYTHING in a bowling center or are you just constantly watching for your own reflection in a window or a mirror? You have to take part of the blame for not knowing about something that had been around for a decade before you profess hearing of it...

Whoever would have accepted the bet would have gotten some of your money.... ;D

You have to take part of the blame for not knowing about something that had been around for a decade before you profess hearing of it... Ok, I may have heard about it and not have remembered I'll take that responsibility but I had no idea how it worked... I didn't know someone had to nominate you....I just figured the Assoc. kept track of City Tourn. records and honor scores shot in Pasadena and the board decided who was worthy and just inducted them. Plus, I felt I was too young, based on the ages of what other sports induct Hall of Fame members. I never knew how the process worked or what the min. requirements were until you became an Assoc. Official and told me about them.... Also, there are many people that go into a bowling center and not look at the walls to what is new..... I don't remember Association Officials during the late 90's and early 2000's making announcements (like they do now) to get in any nominations for Hall of Fame.... How and when did you find out how it worked?.... Did someone on the board personally tell you about it or did you hear it from a league announcement?...just wondering...
