Dorin C. White, father of Blake and Dorin R., passed away Friday, November 18, 2005.
Dorin Senior we always called him, even though Dorin Jr. is not really a Jr. since they have different middle names. He was a long time bowler @ Tropicana and Meadowcreek, and also worked in the Petroleum Inspection business.
Many of you that may not know him will remember him as the man that introduced Don Parnell at his Hall of Fame induction last February.
Vistation Tuesday evening @ South Park in Pearland. Service Wednesday.
Sorry times not available at this point.

I knew Mr. White from Meadowcreek as far back as the early 80's.... And I'll second istink's comments, he was always a class act and a gentleman. He was also a great bowler in his day, which he did most of it at Tropicana bowling with one of the greats, such as Bill Lillard and others. My condolences to the White family and his sons Blake and Dorin Jr..... He will be missed.

I was very sad to learn of this news. The White family are very nice and good people, and I am sorry for their loss. I didn't know Mr. White personally, but he raised 2 fine sons in Dorin and Blake, and my prayers are with them and their entire family. Losing a parent is a loss that cannot be compared. My heart is full for them.
