I am sad to say that Robert Tatum passed away earlier in the week. I am not sure about arrangements, but I heard the funeral will be Saturday. I will post any other information I receive.
Many of you knew Robert as an avid bowler at Armadillo I, bowling every night of the week and participation in many local tournaments. I am honored that he was my doubles partner the New Year's Eve No-Tap Tournments and a member of our team on the Spare Time Mixed. He will be greatly missed in our organization.

I am VERY sorry to hear that... I have known Robert since my days as a teenager working @ Mimosa Lanes... He always spoke and was very underrated as a bowler... he had many honor scores over the years... even back in the olden days when they were hard to come by... I will miss him.

I heard about his passing Tuesday night from Jeremy and Xbom. I've bowled in leagues with Robert as far back as the Mimosa/Meadow Creek days in the early 80's. He was always soft spoken and a class act. He was always fun to be around and as PBA stated, he was an accomplished bowler for many years. I will miss him as will many others, he was liked by everyone...
From 2001 only, Robert had 4 - 300's, 4- 11 in a rows and 1 - 298 game. This does not include scores shot prior to August 1, 1998... I think Robert would be a very good nominee for a Posthumous inductee to Pasadena's Hall of Fame... He bowled a lot of leagues in Pasdena for many years and accomplished more than most bowlers ever will...JMO...

I am sorry to hear about Robert. He was a very nice guy. I didn't even know that anything was wrong until about a month ago when someone asked my if I knew how he was doing. As Perfect stated he was every soft spoken, so much so that there were many time I could barly hear him over the bowling. He would talk to everyone it didn't matter who. He will be missed.
