For you baseball fans, keep Kirby Puckett in your prayers as he suffered a stroke Sunday and had to be rushed to the hospital to have brain surgery. He is in critical condition. Puckett played for 12 years for the Minnesota Twins from 1984-1995 when he had to retire due to Glaucoma. He is a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame and my personal favorite player. I have collected his stuff for years from the time I met him at the 1985 All-Star game here in Houston. He is only 44 years old.
Please keep him in your prayers for a full recovery.
Thanks...Kris

I know it doesn't mean a whole lot to most of ya'll, but Kirby passed away yesterday. He was a great player for someone they said couldn't play the game with his size, but he proved everyone wrong. Unfortunately after his induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2001, his entire life took a 180 degree turn and went downhill from there. He will always be remembered as the player who put the Twins back on the map in the 90's. REST IN PEACE buddy.
