Heard this week that Norma Parnell, wife of Pasadena Bowling Hall of Fame member (2005) Don Parnell is very sick, suffering from leukemia.
The initial prognosis was very dire, but they had an appointment yesterday with a Dr. @ MD Anderson that has a treatment program with good success ratio of remission.
I emailed Don last night and expressed I would forward the information on to our Board and the bowling community offering our best wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery for Norma and the strength to beat this thing...
He replied that all prayers were appreciated and needed.
Please keep Norma and Don in your thoughts and prayers as they fight through this set back.

I will definitely keep her in my prayers. Don is a wonderful and nice man and hate to see this happen to him and Norma. Best of luck in beating this.

I know Don doesn't read this message board, but I would like to let him know that we are behind him 100% and let him know if he needs anything, to let us know. Weather it be an item of need or just someone to talk to, we are here for his support. GOD BLESS his family and I will say an extra prayer for her and the family. Kris
