The A/C was running before the league even finished, but of course, could not catch up with the heat.
I'm sure Danna would be happy to discuss the A/C issues with you personally.

Just to let ya'll know, Dana does not have the last say in who and when the A/C gets fixed. I'm not defending anyone, just a person who works for the company who knows. JMO.

All I know about broken A/C's in bowling centers is this, and it shouldn't take a genius to figure it out:
A/C= broken
Fix it= ASAP
As proven, bowlers are the biggest cry-babies in the world... so, unless you want to listen to the wails of a bunch of customers... you fix it without delay.
Even whomever has the final say over Danna should be able to figure that out... but, maybe they can't.... who knows...

The bigger units up on the roof are packaged units, specifically made for large buildings. They are much larger than what one might see at there house. And they are designed to last much longer to..... Arm I, I believe is around 27 years old, maybe older. And that is about the amount of time these types of units last. Maybe Arm I has changed out 1 of the two bigger units, I don't know. These things are heavy and require a crane to remove and replace. So if there has never been a crane out there, then these units have not been replaced...They may have had them replaced, but if these units are less than 5 years old, then they should not be having these types of problems with one of them....JMO...

I am going to change my name for mr. perfect to "real man of genius". Let's see... a 2,000 sq. ft. house uses a 3 or 4 ton A/C unit... so are you saying a big ol' bowling alley is not a candidate for hanging a couple of window units on each end of the center? Can you explain it in a llittle more detail?

If one or more of those go out the unit will shut down. I would guess that is the problem they are having. Of course I am not currently an A/C tech or a Roofing contractor so I am out of line by posting something about this. So, I will have to go with O'fer on this and say they need to install some Window Shakers... ;D

If it was just a fan that was replaced, then the problem would have been solved already. I don't know what the problem is, it could just be freezing up from all the heat. But there are reasons why these units do that and older units will tend to do it more often... I may be a roofing contractor but we do a lot of work for A/C contractors and find out a lot of useful information from them...

I got this number from MrP's post...I tried pulling a number out of thin air and it didn't work. All I got was a stupid rabbit the first time and a friggin pigeon the second time. So, I will be making some crappy gumbo later on tonight! ;D

So, I will be making some crappy gumbo later on tonight! ;D I said "if" 1 of the 2 larger A/C's units were changed out in the last 5 years.......It's possible that neither one has and it's possible that both have...but I doubt the later of the two....honestly, I doubt if either one has been replaced since opening but I could very well be wrong...There have been very many days during the week I wasn't there.... so anything is possible...lol.... Those big units are very expensive, I would guess Arm I and II are anywhere from 8,000 to 12,000 for new replacement units, not counting labor to install...So, owners tend to just repair until the A/C contractor tells them, it can't be repaired anylonger....JMO....
