Not as surprised as your wallet will be... My wallet will be fine.....You just have to try and egg things on don't you?...lol... We will see.... Remember, this will only happen if Eddie uses his own money. If I hear he's being backed for any portion of the money, the contest is off......If anyone wants to challenge me throw big dollars out, then they are going to use their own money, not someone elses...So I doubt very seriously, this contest will happen.... Does that also include getting money from his girlfriend? I don't think that would be considered backing. What if he gets a loan from someone and just gives back the 1000.00 without giving any of the profit (if he wins), does that count as his money or a backers money???

Ok with me....what time would you like to start?....10:00am or something later?...like 1:00pm....your call totally on this.... Or maybe Rusty can tell us the best time, since he'll be there and make sure we have fresh oil on the pairs we're going to bowl on... Just to let yall know, the lanes will be oiled Friday night before I go home. Myself or XBOM will let the desk know what lanes you will have. Also to let you know, the bowling center does not open until 11 AM.

I have never been afraid to put up my own money, especially when I felt somebody has tried to make me look inferior. If you're not up to the challenge just tell everybody you're not up to the challenge.I have nothing but my word to you that it will be my money. That is more than enough for most people. If this is your way of backing out ,do it now before I get too hyped up for this match.Besides,if you just post all of the averages and scores you posted on here comparing me to you nobody would be stupid enough to back me anyway. Sincerely 2006 Pasadena Hall of Fame Inductee EDDIE F@#%ING BROD

But my problem is I don't even have money back myself in tournaments.

Just an FYI...JimBo will get with R.R. to see if this will be permitted. R.R. makes all decisions when there is extra curricular activities going on in his centers. The shot will be discussed and JimBo will be the only one privy to the condition laid down if it is approved by R.R. NOHOOK doesn't work on Saturday mornings so JimBo would be the one calling that shot at Randy's approval. There are expenses when blocking out lanes such as oil, paper for the machine and cleaner. Open play must also be considered. JimBo will speak to Randy before the weekend. In all reality, the games should be bowled on lanes 23-32. That way, neither bowler has an advantage as the men's league did not use these pairs. I imagine if approved by R.R., he will also determine lineage and start time. By discussing the proposed events with R.R., no Armadilla II employee gets themself in trouble.

Just out of curiosity Perfect...why does it matter so much where the money comes from just as long as it is there for the taking? You might feel more pressure bowling on your own money, but that doesn't mean someone else shares that same idea! In all the years that JimBo has bowled, he presses harder when having a backer as to not let them down or waste their money. That is a chance the backer must be willing to take. I'm sure Paul Marcassio would have something to say about the pressures of backing and being backed! JMO

As mentioned in a previous post, JimBo discussed the "Grudge Match" with R.R. It has been decided that the matches will take place on August 26 beginning at 11am at Armadilla II. The games will be bowled on lanes 23-32. Lineage will be $20.00 per man. JimBo will dress the lanes. JimBo and Daniel have also spoken. After the bowling is completed at Armadilla, the bowlers will go to Diamond to complete the other five games. The games at Diamond will be bowled on lanes 9-18. Daniel will also charge $20.00 per man lineage and determine who will dress the lanes at his center.
Gentlemen....good luck and good bowling!

Glad I'm not in this match. The linage would kill me and take my profit...lol

Well, @ $4 per game, I see the # of games bowled decreasing from 15 or 20 to maybe 1 @ each house...
Winner take all... lol
Imagine if they were having to rent shoes...

Just be glad that this isn't at an AMF house because open play games start at $4 a game.
