well after looking at the scores shot at the doubles and singles events, i would have guessed that Forum was the easier shot ... not that 3560 in team is anything to sneeze at, but still, it looks like more higher scores at the other place based on the current leaders I wouldn't disagree with you ihookplastic...both houses seem to be very scorable.... Hey, is John Jerkins all set to bowl on our team this weekend? I'm assuming the guys from Beaumont said ok?...

I had asked John before we talked later that day but I threw out both names to Charlie when I got a hold of him...... I'll try giving him a call at lunch today to see what was the final solution..... Either one of you is fine with me for the team but the decision rested with Charlie and the other guys on the team and I haven't heard back from him as to what they decided...

I went by Armadilla on Saturday... the newly resurfaced lanes sure look pretty... nice and blonde with no potholes, no worn off finish on the heads...
I bet I could EASILY average 160 on those lanes... lol

I know Skipper is out of commission... 3-4 months before he can bowl most likely...

Mano was saying he hoped they put 5 coats on the heads but wasn't sure if they did or not. He felt if they didn't the heads would get beat up pretty quick. I sure hope that doesn't happen....

Since I knew you were bowling that weekend already, I didn't think about switching you over to our team, my mind was just thinking of finding someone that wasn't bowling already at the time and I had already asked John....If he had said no, you moving over to our team would have been my next suggestion to Charlie...sorry about that...

I feel either of you would be just fine, y'all our both good bowlers and I would bowl with either of you in any Tourn. or league....I just hope I'm not the low bowler on the team this year....but hey, if I shoot 725 in Team and I'm low.... I'm sure the rest of the guys would live with that...lol...

Congratulations to Eddie Brod for bowling the 1st PBA Experience (Sport Shot) 300 game in Greater Pasadena USBC history. Congrats to EFB for his 300 last night. Now he has done something that MrP can't say he has done. ;D ;D We were on 31-32 last night. We won 4 to start the season. I was constantly having to move and change hand postions and even changed balls in the middle of the 2nd game. I was playing a more down and in shot. I never missed the head pin on the first shot all night. Very proud of that as I watched alot of people miss it. It was fun and this shot was alot more scorable than the shot we had the 1st 6 weeks last season. I shot 179, 210, 213, 602 with 3 opens to set a 200 average. MrP shot 185, 220, 223, 628 to set a 209 average and Rocky Zurovec shot 164, 195, 154, 513 to set a 171 average.

I watched him throw a few including all 3 in the 10th. They were all flush, no trash shots. He was locked in that 3rd game. I'm glad to see him come out of his Armadilla slump he has been in the past several months. WTG FELLOW 2006 HoF INDUCTEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
